Abbreviations:
sc- Single Crochet
Inc- Increase [sc two stitches in next stitch]
Dec- Decrease [single crochet two stitches together]
Bobble Stitch:
There are some great tutorials on youtube, but I'm going to do my best to explain it here.
1. Yarn over
2. insert hook into next stitch
3. yarn over
4. pull loop through stitch, you will have 3 loops on hook
5. Yarn over, and pull through only two loops. you should have two loops on your hook.
6. repeat 1-5 until you have a total of 5 loops on your hook
7. Yarn over and pull through all loops. 
Frog:
1: sc 6 in a magic circle [6]
2: Inc in every stitch [12]
3. Inc, Bobble Stitch, inc, Bobble stitch, inc. *sc, inc*x4, sc last stitch [18, [16 sc, 2 bobble]]
4-7: sc every stitch [18]
Add safety eyes in the bobble stitches
8: sc in next 3. Bobble stitch, sc in next 3 sts, Bobble, sc in next 4 Bobble, sc in next 3 bobble. Sc. [18]
9:*sc, Dec* x6 [12]
Stuff
10: *Dec* [6]
Finish off and sew closed.
